Good News
Ok, so it has been a while since I last posted. We have had a whirlwind month it seems. After the Tri State horse show, Sam went on to Owingsville, Kentucky and had a great show there. A few days after he came home we went to Myrtle Beach for a mini-vacation in between shows. Sam's mom rented a beach house for the week so the whole family came and went throughout the week as their schedules allowed. We had a lot of fun. We went to a water park on Saturday and between the two of us, rode every slide in the place! We really had a lot of fun!! After the beach trip we went on to Asheville, NC for another horse show. I took my dog, Molly, with me and it was her first time in 10 years to go to a multi-night horse show. I left her in our barn one morning and told her to stay...because I didn't want her around the horses working that morning. I went on to the arena to watch some of our horses work, and in about 20 minutes Molly found me! Sometimes it really amazes me how smart she is, but I think I should have known she would never have stayed behind too long!
Sam turned 29 on July 26th! He was out of town on his birthday so we are going to celebrate sometime this week or next. I can't believe he is coming up on 30 years!
Anyway, on to the good news...we are moving!! Sam was offered a position in Pennsylvania to train horses for a current customer of ours, and he officially accepted the offer this weekend. Sam will begin to move some things this week and we hope to be finished by the end of August. Please keep us in your prayers as we are moving and getting settled in. I will post pictures asap.
