SCWHA Awards Banquet

Sam and I enjoyed our first South Carolina Walking Horse Association Awards banquet together this year in Columbia, SC. Since Sam has only been training outside horses at home in SC for just over a year, we were pleasantly surprised at the honors he received. Four of the horses he trains were presented with reserve wins in their respective divisions. I think Sam was pleased the most with his youth rider, Kenneth Young, who was voted Junior Sportsman of the Year by his peers. We are so grateful to our customers, who we affectionately refer as our "horse family" who have supported us since we have been in Florence.
